Our client entrusted us with the total renovation of his apartment, located in an old building in the centre of Monaco. This bourgeois style flat had not been renovated for over thirty years.

We therefore imagined an elegant project for a spacious and functional appartment. We designed it with a modern and refined touch, subtly contrasting with the charm of the old building and highlighting its volumes.

The optimisation of the space allowed us to create an additional bedroom and bathroom, resulting in a stylish and elegant space for three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The high ceilings, the mouldings and the staff works were perfectly combined with the furniture and the very contemporary style. The minimalism of the sofa and kitchen created a harmonious paradox with the silky fabrics and the retro-style bathrooms. The project was controlled, creative and warmed by an ethanol fireplace.

In a very ingenious way, the contemporary style enhanced the classic style and vice versa.
